The drainage structures along the road have a <br />demonstrated ability to safely pass the runoff from storms up to the 50 year 24 hour <br />storm event. No diversion of any stream from its natural location has occurred. All <br />drainages have been routed through or around the road in properly designed <br />structures. The grading of the road surface does not allow ponding of water. <br />Culverts and bridges on the site have been designed and approved in accordance <br />with DMG regulations. <br />5. Surfacing <br />The access road is surfaced with gravel which is replenished as necessary and has <br />functioned well for the types and speed of vehicle traffic utilizing the road. <br />6. Maintenance <br />The Access road is maintained as needed to meet the standards for which it was <br />designed. <br />7. Reclamation <br />The approved reclamation plan for the road is contained in Section 3 of the Mining <br />and Reclamation Permit application. <br />~.~~~~~ <br />ohn M.
