Sediment porxls B and C were wmpleted. The
ponds have been certified and a oartifcation statement is in the mail. Clearing and
grubbing of the haul road corridor is in progress. The first 3001 feet of haul road has
been constructed to provide access to the property. BRL has an impressive fleet of
equipment and is working 60 to 80 hours per week.
A topsoil stocJ~ile was developed in the IOWer meadow to store the topsoil from the
lower area since no eases was available to the permitted upper meadow topsoil
stockpile. We would like to leave this stockpile in place and will process the necessary
paperwork after a DMG representative has a chance to inspect it
Topsoil salvage operations from the deared haul road should begin today or tomorrow.
Cut and fill operations will follow.
Please call if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
G~~~
Jim Stoves , P.E.
Consulting Engineer
a: Wm.
