~s <br />CLAIMS & UNPAID DEBTS cont'd: <br />possibility of placing a claim on or in some way garnishing any left <br />over bond monies as a means to satisfy a $1,290.65 debt (+ interest <br />at 8% since June 27, 1989 acording to Mr. Darrow) owed to Mr. Darrow <br />by Western Slope Carbon. I have no knowledge regarding the validity of <br />Mr. barrow's claim nor the legality of making such a claim or garnish- <br />ment, however the Division has Mr. barrow's request on record and I have <br />been contacted recently by Mr. Darrow by telephone and a letter dated <br />September 14, 1992 in which Mr. Darrow reiterated his desire to attempt <br />to recover the debt through the use of any left over bond monies. <br />I informed Mr. Darrow over the phone that reclamation work was still in <br />progress and that we could not look into his request until all reclam- <br />ation work had been completed.
