Beard. The Corley Compan_r <br />is the land owner of Sec. 24, T20S, F.70W, ar.d Ek Sec. 30, T20S. R69W; and is <br />permittee: C-81-045, covering an area not related to this petition, <br />Tha petition relates to Rules 2.01.3, 3.04.^_, 4,05.2(7), and 4.14. 1.(b,d), <br />GLC disturbed areas in the above described lands as early as 19i6 without <br />reclamation as required by 4.14.1(b).
