On the 1999 reclaimed area cover and productivity reclamation success criteria were achieved. 2005 vegetation sampling data show that cover, productivity, woody plant density and species composition have been achieved for the Tipple area. The Tipple was reclaimed in 1999 ,and is not yet eligible for Phase III bond release. Page 21 of the 2005 Revegetation Monitoring report for the Marr Mine implies that all criteria for revegetation success have been met for the 2005 sampling event. The 1999 reclaimed area does not meet Phase III liability timeframe, nor woody plant density requirement or species composition criteria for Phase III success. achives 2006 reference areas success?
