Cattany <br />Division DlreClnr <br />Natural Resource Trustee <br />The Division has reviewed Kerr Coal Company's (KCC) 2005 and 2006 vegetation monitoring reports for <br />the Marr Mine. The sampling efforts were collected in anticipation of KCC's future submission of a bond <br />release application. Areas sampled in 2005 included; Pre-1986, 1995, 1996, 1999, the Tipple, and the <br />associated reference areas. The vegetation sampling was conducted in accordance with the sampling <br />methodologies in the Marr permit.
