No. 2 File <br />From: David Berry <br />Re: OSM Contact <br />Today I spoke with Rick Holbrook of the OSM/WSC regarding federal <br />approval status for the O.C. No. 2 Mine. Rick indicated that the <br />existing federal mine plan approval applies only to the original <br />80 acres approved by the BLM. The additional 120 acres are not <br />approved for mining at this time. <br />I told Rick that it appears O.C. has mined about six to seven <br />acres into the 120-acre lease area. He stated that we should <br />permit the additional six to seven acres by an incidental <br />boundary change technical revision.
