Long <br />Division Dnenor <br />On January 26, 1995, our Coal Program Supervisor received an anonymous letter from an <br />employee at the Seneca II-W Mine. I transmitted a facsimile of the letter to you yesterday, and <br />have enclosed a copy herein. The employee had two complaints regazding the mine, one of <br />which may be of concern to the BLM. The employee alleged that the mine operation has been <br />wasting tens of thousands of tons of coal in the North pit area.
