Pit located at 14141 <br />Highway 6, Eagle, CO. We plan to use approximately 45,000 cubic yards of material starting now until <br />October of 2000. The material will not change the reclamation plan proposed and accepted in the <br />original application. The material will be placed and compacted according to acceptable construction <br />practices so as to avoid any settling or voids. <br />Thank you, <br />~~ <br />John C.
