Dave Trappett of my staff inspected the area of the proposed
change on the same day. The proposed variance would allow the
disturbed surface to be returned approximately to a 2:1 elope. As a
result of the discussion and inspection I have no objections to the
proposed variance providing the following stipulations are applied to
the variance ae conditions of approval:
1. With the exception of the AOC variance, mining plan reclamation
requirements will remain unchanged.
2. The final graded slope will be approximately a 2:1, as shown on
Figure 3.1-2 of the application. The variance will apply to the
shaded area and that area enclosed by shading on Figure 3.1-2.
3. The final graded slope will blend with the adjacent natural
terrain.
,cr~19,# ~! ~•
^' i.a
FEB2r,1986
'~Cia. lJh~li. Gi i. ,.sidi fi8]OCICC3
