Co 80203-2273 <br />rattention Steve Renner: <br />In response to your letter regardino minino that may be <br />taking place outside the boundaries on the north boundary. <br />A boundary was established when the owner of the oravei pit <br />sold the 40 acres to the north to Walter Longacre. A corner <br />pos>k in the northeast earner was believed tq be the east and <br />north boundary marker. This corner post was also used by <br />previous owners for fencing purposes and to establish the <br />boundaries. There has been a survey conducted to establish <br />the boundaries and it shows that some previous minino was <br />eut of the north .boundaries.
