The above application replaces <br />File No. 80-134. <br />Please complete one of the financial warranties enclosed (Corporate <br />Surety or Certificate of Deposit) in the above amount, along with the <br />enclosed performance warranty. Upon receipt of these materials, the <br />Division will issue your permit and release your existing 52,500.00 bond <br />under Fite No. 80-134. <br />If you are interested inea different financial warranty than the above, <br />please contact me. <br />Please note that the Board conditioned its approval of the above appli- <br />cation with the following stipulation: <br />THE ATTENTION OF THE OPERATOR IS DIRECTED TO THE NECESSITY OF <br />COMPLIANCE WITH COLORADO WATER LAW, THE OPERATOR IS ENCOURAGED <br />TO CONTACT THE DIVISION OF WATER RESOURCES. IF THE OPERATOR <br />CHOOSES TO COMMENCE OPERATIONS PRIOR TO COMPLIANCE WITH STATE <br />WATER LAWS, THE STATE ENGINEER MAY TAKE ENFORCEMENT ACTION. <br />The Division is in the process of refunding the difference in your appli- <br />cation fee due to a decrease in the number of acres originally proposed. <br />Please allow 30 days for processing. <br />t <br />
