Long <br />Division Direciar <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology has reviewed your <br />recent letter concerning the mining plans of Twentymile Coal Company <br />(parent, Cyprus Minerals) in portions of three sections in TSN, R86W, <br />Routt County, Colorado. <br />At the present time, Twentymile Coal Company is not proposing any <br />surface or underground activities for those areas listed under your <br />control and ownership. The proposed decision which prompted your <br />letter also will not impact your surface or coal ownership. <br />Additionally, Twentymile Coal Company has not submitted to the <br />Division right-to-enter or mine the coal under your control, and they <br />currently are not obligated to do so.
