This report covers <br />calendaz yeaz 2004. The annual report form is attached to the narrative that follows. <br />The Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Boazd forfeited the reclamation bond of the former operator of this <br />site in 1992. Therefore, the Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) is performing reclamation of the <br />Coal Basin Mine as required by the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act. <br />In order to facilitate the completion of reclamation at the site, the Division obtained the subject permit. <br />Reclamation construction was accomplished in conformance with the stormwater permit requirements. <br />The Division of Minerals and Geology intends to apply for permit termination during 2005. <br />Please contact me at the phone number or address below if you have questions or comments. <br />Sincerely, <br />Steven G.
