The subject permit can <br />be taken out of temporary cessation on May 1, 1989. The contract calls for <br />140,000 to 190,000 tons of clean coal per year for 2~ years. We understand <br />that refuse cannot be disposed of at the CRDA No. 1 until further geotechnical <br />studies are done therefore we intend to use CRDA No. 2 in the mean time. We- <br />also nnderstaAd that hydrologic monitoring requirements may be review again; <br />We believe that the present monitoring schedule is ader~uate.. <br />Please let us know if you have any questions. <br />Sincerely, <br />arry~M.
