Our agreement with the railroad <br />to use this facility is expected to bec~~e final by verbal a~n-~~t <br />within the next two or three weeks. At that point we will be entitled <br />to operate from the siding. A formal written agreement may not be signed <br />for four or five months. <br />I should like to request that this amenciznent be handled as quickly as <br />possible because we hope to begin using the siding by the end of October. <br />Would it be possible to request that the Board hear the amendment application <br />and give the staff oa 'ssion to grant the amendment when staff is satisfied <br />that the reclamation will be satisfactory and when all the necessary information <br />has been supplied? <br />Please let me knaa if I can answer any questions you may have about this <br />load out facility.
