M-1990-025, Gardner Pit No 2a, which is located at or near Section 18, Township 37N, Range 14W, 06th Prime
Meridian, in Montezuma County. The application decision is scheduled for October 30, 2000.
A copy of the application is available for review at the Montezuma County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the
office of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203.
