The large <br />arrow shows the ideal direction surface water should flow. <br />A corner of the attached garage which exhibits past repair. This damage appears to have been roof water related. <br />Arrows (at bottom center) point to past repairs made in the stucco surface which have recracked. The arrow at the upper right comer <br />points out the most notable deterioration in the stucco observed during this inspection around the scupper (roof drain). This <br />deterioration is roof water related. <br />Photoeranh 8 <br /> <br />On the second floor of the building interior, behind the scupper illustrated in photo 7, the wall has water damage and cracking. It is <br />unknown if ctacldng was caused by building movement damaging the scupper and resulting in leakage, or if leakage is due to <br />questionable roofing practices allowing water migration and causing the cracking. <br />
