The stucco coating on this chimney needs repair now. <br />Photog~phs 14 & 15 <br />Areas of the upper level roof system near the roof scuppers which currently need repair as they are subject to leakage. The <br />conditions noted could be attributed to either foundation movement or thermal expansion and contraction of the roofing materials. <br />The long arrows in photo 15 indicate the direction water flows on this section of the roof. This lap joint highlighted by the circle was <br />improperly made, creating a potential roof leak. The lap joint material should be installed shingle fashion so that the joint sheds water <br />rather than damming water. <br />Straight line cracks in the parapet wall. The cracks are relatively shallow and are considered to be typical stucco deterioration. <br />
