Iv~meids B Geo~p9Y <br />Re: West Elk Mme, Permit No. C-80-007, Technical Revision No. 75, Compliance with <br />Stipulation No. 54 <br />Dear Christine: <br />~` <br />As required by Stipulation No. 54, attached is a letter from Envirocon, Inc. that includes a brief <br />justification for the shear strength value used in the Lone Pine Gulch development waste pile <br />stability analysis, as well as the results of additional slope stability analyses that were performed to <br />determine the sensitivity of the shear tests for the coal waste listed in Table 7.
