Lonp <br />Dimsinn Dueclor <br />As we had discussed in our telephone conversation of Monday, December 1, 1997, [ am sending <br />to you the original copy of a citizen complaint letter with accompanying photographs that this <br />Division received on November 21, 1997. The citizen complaint concerns alleged excessive dust <br />coming off of the Bowie No. I (formerly Orchard Valley) Mine loadout and coal stockpile areas. <br />The loadout and coal stockpile azea is along Highway 133, on the south side. I am forwazding the <br />complaint to your office since this issue falls under the jurisdiction of the Air Quality Control <br />Division of the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment. <br />As we had discussed in our telephone conversation, please let me know how you intend to <br />proceed with this issue.
