In the latter case, it is likely that many of the small or lineaz <br />disturbance areas would not actually get sampled, but the sites would still be subject to <br />inspection, and problems such as significant erosion or noxious weed infestation could <br />still be identified and addressed. <br />The Division believes that the "adjacent azea" comparison approach will lead to <br />confusion and conflict at bond release, possibly delaying or preventing a proposed <br />decision to approve a release. The Division is requesting BME to submit a Technical <br />Revision to address the above concerns in the permit.
