and Setting Rules and Regulations for the Operation of

BE IT RESOLVED, that the following are designated, authorized and established
as the Delta County Solid ldaste Disposal. Sites and Sanitary Land-
Fills:
District 1: Delta Site - the present disposal area North
of the City of Delta situate in t}te SSd'zA'[•;k of
Section 6, Township 15 South, Range 95 I•Jest
of the 6th P.Pf.
District 2: Tongue Creek Site - situate in the NSd~vE~,
Section 10, Township 14 South, Range 95 Nest
of the 6th P.N.
District 3: 1.'orth Fork Site - situate in the it^~~ySEZ,
Section 28, Township 14 South, Range .92 41est
of the 6th P.2I.
BE IT FURTIiER RESOLVED, that all other existing dump sites within [he County
of Delta, except the three above listed, be, and the same hereby
are closed and terminated, and the authorization designation for
their use is hereby cancelled and terminated as of the effective
date of this Resolution, and the same shall no longer be used
bg the public, private persons, or any other persons, firms, or
corporations.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the three sites above designated are to be open
seven (7) days per week throughout the year, except New Year's Day,
Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thansgiving Day, and Christmas Day, and
that the said sites shall be opened and operated eight (8) hours
per day from 9:00 A.?[. to 5:00 P.M. during November, December,
January, and February, and that during the remaining eight (8)
months of the year said sites shall he opened from 10:00 A.D[.

That the Roard of County Commissioners will designate a manager
or superintendent of each dump site c:ho shall have po::er and
authority to enforce the hours nbove set forth, as well as [o
control and regulate tl~e use .of said dur,.ps duriug;the.open hours
by public and private entities using t}te same.'
BE IT FUiti!IGR RESOLVED, that the supertntendunt• and ,manager of each dump shall
be authorized to proceed with criminal prosecution of any person
viol.atin~ 1973 C.F.S. 3U-20-106, t~)ticli prohibits private du~;.piitg
of solid wastes on any property t.•ithin the unincorporated area
of the County, except at an al~pruved .ite and facility and except
~p~•, upon one's own property. .
