The mine is currently in a state of partial reclamation. As it has been <br />over 15 years since production last occurred at this mine, the Division believes that [he time has <br />come for the Carbon Junction coal mine to be permanently reclaimed. <br />Please provide a response to our office by December 29, 2000 indicating when Oakridge Energy <br />Inc will commence final reclamation operations- Failure to commence final reclamation operations <br />soon may result in enforcement actions being initiated by our office. <br />Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.
