Mining Permit ,r77-436 and
Previous Applications
Dear I•Yr. Schmieding:
Thank you very much for meeting again with me today spending the
time reviewing your file relative to the above permits and furn-
ishing copies of some of the documentation to me. Our reason
for this and previous meetings is to confirm that under the above
permit number and previous permits that the Adams Aggregate pro-
perty located in Adams County, Colorado under a legal description
which is attached hereto as Exhibit A is validly permitted. We
further needed to determine that the permits include all of the
lands owned by Adams Aggregate in the general vicinity of the
present operation. Based on the legal description in the original
application the maps, documents and copies in the original file
of the applicant, Adams Aggregate, Inc., we seem to have definitely
determined that all of the lands owned by Adams Aggregate, Inc.
and located in Adams County in the approximate vicinity of the
present mining operation, under the legal description contained
as Exhibit A and more specifically detailed by a plat of the area
identified as Exhibit B, and further identified by a copy of a
photograph which we have attached as Exhibit C are at the present
time properly permitted under a "life of the mine" open pit mining
permit issued by the Mined Land Reclaimation Board of the State of
Colorado.
This permit, ~p77-436 has been transferred to and is being presently
performed by Ready Mixed Concrete Company. Your knowledge of the
circumstances of the permits previous to this number and your assist-
ance in identifying the legal description and parcel numbers in the
application and in other supporting documents has been of great
assistance. /
It would be most helpful if you would either write me a letter verifying
our research results or since it might be more convenient for you, I
