The surrounding area is undeveloped with no <br />identified specific drainage problems. Drainage from the site is across undeveloped land <br />to the Arkansas River and does not impact County roads or drainage facilities. <br />• This proposal does not impact the County road system since all access points are onto the <br />State highway system. <br />• This site contains the historic Goodnight Bam. It is this department's understanding that <br />the County plans to acquire title to the bam in the future.
