Special Use Pemut <br />No. 479 is to be reviewed in July of 1984. <br />Pease be advi:;ed that the Pueblo County Planning Commission, at its meetings held on the <br />iden[ified dates, voted to APPROVE Special lise Permit tio. 22 with the following conditions: <br />iVfav ~8. 1965: <br />Access anti e~e~ss for the delivery and haul trucks shall not go through the West Pazk <br />residential area, but shall be limited to roads to be provided east and or west be!o~v the bluff <br />to Highway 96 to the west, or to Pueblo Boulevard extended, to the east and or north to 11th <br />Street. <br />?. Three years afrer procuction is underway this special use permit will be subject to review by <br />the Planning Commission. <br />5. Any and alI public or private wells, cables, and water lines shall be protected from physical <br />damage, ar pollution by the sand and gravel operator. <br />6.
