I.D.# ) Chapter 11 <br />NOTICE PURSUANT TO L.B.R. 202 OF FINAL APPLICATION <br />FOR ALLOWANCE AND PAYMENT OF ATTORNEYS' FEES AND <br />REIMBURSEMENT OF EXPENSES FOR ROBINSON WATERS & O'DORISIO, P.C. <br />TO ALL PARTIES IN INTEREST: <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Robinson Waters & O'Dorisio, P.C. ("RWO"), <br />counsel to the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors, has applied to this Court for an Order <br />approving final authorization and approval of all professional compensation and reimbursement <br />of expense to RWO for the period from December 9, 2003 to June 11, 2004 (the "Compensation <br />Period"). During the Compensation Period, RWO incurred professional fees in the amount of <br />$21,292.00 and expenses in the amount of $1,911.59. All of the services provided by RWO to <br />the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors during the Compensation Period aze described in <br />detail in the Final Application. <br />RWO has not received any payments or reimbursements related to its fees and expenses <br />incurred during the Compensation Period. <br />In the Final Application, RWO requests approval of its fees and expenses incurred during <br />the Compensation Period pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 330. <br />Attached is a copy of the Cover Sheet for the Final Fee Application. A copy of the Final <br />Fee Application is enclosed and is available for inspection in the Bankruptcy Court Clerk's <br />Office, U.S. Customs House, 721 19th Street, 1st Floor, Denver, Colorado 80202 or upon request <br />from the undersigned attorney. <br />Pursuant to Rule 202 of the Local Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, if you desire to oppose <br />the Application, you must file a written objection and request for a hearing with the Court on or <br />before July 7, 2004, and serve a copy thereof on the undersigned attomey. Objections and <br />request for hearing shall clearly specify the grounds, upon which they are based, including the <br />citation of supporting legal au ny.
