Additionally, the Air Quality <br />Control Division provided feedback following our request for their assistance in a letter <br />received on January 25, 2002. Please find enclosed a copy of that letter. Based on the <br />lack of evidence, the Division did not pursue enforcement action regarding this issue. <br />In accordance with Rule 5.02.5(4)(c) any person who has requested an inspection may <br />request in writing that the Administrator informally review the Division's decision either <br />not to inspect or not to take enforcement action on the basis of an inspection with <br />respect to any violation alleged by that person. The Administrator shall conduct the <br />informal review and report the results in writing to both the people requesting the review <br />and the alleged violator within 30 days of the Administrator's receipt of the request for <br />review.
