On August 6, 2001 the Mined Land Reclamation Board (the "Board") approved the Pernittee's <br />appGcatian far this perntit, fixed the amount ofthe financial warranty and directed that this pemrit be issued upon <br />the filing widr the Division of Minerals and Geology (the "Division's of perfomwlce warrarRy and Enancial <br />wararlty (or wartanties) in the amount so 5xed in fiorm and substance approved by the Division.
