Cottony <br />Division Director <br />Natural'Resource Rustee <br />During a recent review of the Trout Creek Pit file, the Division discovered stipulations that were placed on <br />approval of the original permit approval (Stipulations No. 1 and 2). Attached is a letter from the Division to <br />ACA Products, Inc. regarding the conditions placed on approval of the Pemut dated September 19, 2001. <br />The Division could find no evidence in our files that Stipulation No. 2 has been complied with by ACA <br />Products, Inc. Stipulation No. 2 requires that ACA Products will prepaze industry standazd blast reports for <br />each blast in the quarry, and copies will be submitted to the Division with each annual report. Please review <br />Stipulation No. 2, and inform the Division as to its status. To avoid potential future enforcement actions for <br />non-compliance with State Statutes, Rules and Regulations, and/or conditions specified in your permit for <br />this site, documentation of compliance of Stipulation #2 must be submitted to our office by October 29, <br />2004.
