Long
Division Director
The Division appreciates the information that you provided during the inspection of the
Trinidad Basin Mine site on November 18, 1992.
When we examined the large erosional gully about 500 feet north-northwest of pond 15-
P1, your testimony, that the area had been reclaimed by Mr. Wiggins, was an important
part in determining that Mr. Vance Mills had not been responsible for that particular area.
The Division would appreciate your further help in determining when the area with the
large erosional gully had been disturbed and when it had been reclaimed. If you could
write me a letter stating, to the best of your recollection, the dates of disturbance and
reclamation for that area, it would be greatly appreciated.
Please feel free to call me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Ir-l1o~'-~`` r-i ~ L'
Joseph J.~-Dludash
Reclamation Specialist
JJD/yjb
cc: Dan Hernandez
m:\oss\yjb\trinidad
