First notice of the proposed decision was published in the <br />Delta County Independent on January 31, 1996. This publication 'initiated the thirty (30) day public <br />comment period for the Division's decision. <br />Documentation must be submitted to the Division demonstrating that a copy of the revision application <br />and any subsequent modifications were sent to the appropriate federal agencies. The project may not <br />proceed until all copies have been sent. <br />Please be advised that federal mine plan approval must be obtained from the Office of Surface Mining <br />Reclamation and Enfotrzment (OSM}.
