Long <br />Division Dueaor <br />Upon reviewing the October 13, 1994 OSM inspection report from our recent joint inspection <br />of the Canadian Strip, I noted some slightly incorrect information. The following violations <br />were issued: <br />C-94-024 - Failure to properly maintain Impoundment No. 1 <br />C-94-025 - Failure to submit annual monitoring data in a timely fashion <br />C-94-026 - Failure to maintain records at the county office <br />C-94-027 - Failure to provide evidence of P.E. direction in pond <br />inspections. <br />(Please note that under the existing Colorado regulations, annual certifications are <br />only required for MSHA and State Engineer size ponds.
