SUP 479 (2nd Amended) ~ • <br />.October 29, 1996 <br />Page 3 <br />July ~6. 1988: <br />The applicant shall provide the Department of Planning and Development with a copy of any <br />future i~II.RB applications, permits, or amendments within 30 days of their submittal to or <br />approval by ivII-RB. <br />2. The applicant shall provide the Department of Planning and Development with a copy of any <br />further State or Federal permit applications (i.e., access, NPDES, 404, etc.) and approval <br />thereof within 30 days of said application or approval. <br />3. Special Use Permit No. 479 shall be placed on a two-yeaz review (July, 1990). <br />July 2~. 1936: <br />1. The Department of Planning and Development shall be notified when the nature trail changes <br />aze to occur and when VALCO is going to install conveyors across the Arkansas River. <br />2. The applicant shall supply the Department of Planning and Development with a copy of any <br />further changes in its ;vILRB permit. <br />3. Special Use Permit No. 479 shall be placed on a two-yeaz review (July 1988).* <br />*Special Use Permit No. 479 will be called backup for review before the two-year review <br />date for any of the following complaints: <br />a. Any complainu on the hours of operation. <br />b. Applicant is required to notify the Department of any extraction in the area of <br />the City bike trails. <br />June 24. 1986: <br />Amendment to Special Use Permit No. 479 which adds 11.93± acres of railroad right-of--way to <br />the permined area.
