Brubaker: <br />Please be advised that the Pueblo County Planning Commission, at its meetings held on the <br />identified dates voted to APPROVE Special Use Permit No. 479 (2nd Amended) with the <br />following conditions: <br />October 22. 1996: <br />1. The owner and operator shall provide the Department of Planning and Development with a <br />copy of any Federal, State, or local permit applications, approvals, amendments, or releases <br />(e.g., air quality, ivII-RB, augmentation, access, NPDES, 404, etc.) pertaining to Special Use <br />Permit No. =479 within 30 days of their submittal and approval. <br />2. vlap Amendment No. 96-25 shall be approved by the Boazd of County Commissioner. <br />3.
