Gould <br />District 5 Dear Mac: <br />Treasurer <br />Harold Nelson I have reviewed the August 15, 1977 agreement between Western Paving <br />Districtt and the St. Vrain 6 left Hand Water Conservancy District. The agreement <br /> lists several water rights owned by Western Paving, portions of which will <br />aleBill~ngs <br />trict6 be used for augmentation of evaporative losses from ponds created in the <br /> reclamation plan. About 55 acres of open water surface will be created under <br />lens H. James the existing contract. The water rights listed will provide coisiderably <br />District3 more water than needed for the augmentation plan. These water rights are more <br />Harold Leonard than adequate to provide for the 55 acres under the existing contract as well <br />Districtt as the additional 40+ acres proposed for mining in Phase III, L+3ke 4.
