<br />May 9, 1982 Application for a Technical Revision <br />Permit t,'o. C-007-80 <br />APPROVAL <br />Below are listed several stipulations which are hereby attached to the <br />approval to assure compliance with the act: <br />1) All areas to be disturbed by the proposed operation shall be 100% <br />field surveyed for cultural and historic resources. ARCO Coal Company <br />shall prepare and submit a report detailing all cultural and historic <br />resources identified during the survey to the Division and the Office <br />of Surface (dining prior to the initiation of operations. <br />2) ARCO Coal Company shall provide clean straw mulch at the rate of <br />2,000 pounds per acre, crimped into the soil surface for all areas to <br />be reclaimed during the proposed operation wherever insufficient slash <br />material is available to provide adequate surface erosion control <br />and soil moisture retention. <br />3) ARCO Coal Company must inspect the reclaimed areas in June and <br />September of each year during the bond liability period to assess <br />the effects of grazing on the new vegetation and make a record of <br />the findings of the inspection which will be }:ept at the mine for <br />review . <br />
