The SQnerset <br />mine mining plan for Federal leases C-033301, C-033302, and D-052504 <br />was approved on January 11, 1984, and a mining plan modification was <br />approved on May 18, 1984, to incorporate Federal lease C-36446. My <br />recamiendation to cancel the Somerset mine mining plan is based on the <br />relinquishment of Federal leases C-033302, C-36446 and D-052504, the <br />relinquishment of part of Federal lease C-033301, and the approved <br />assignment of the remainder of Federal lease C-033301 to Grand Mesa <br />Properties Company, the owner of an adjacent mine. <br />Cancellation: <br />I cancel the Sanerset mine mining plan approved on January 11, 1984, <br />and the mining plan modification approved on May 18, 1984. <br />Assist Secretary-Land and Minerals Managanent Date' <br />
