These Letters were dated <br />December 12, 1986, October 27, 1987, and February 11, 1988. One phone call tae <br />made in mid March 1988 to Catherine Begej. <br />To date, the concerns of the Colorado Cooperative Dlteh Company have not <br />been adequately addressed. <br />A letter dated December 7, 1987 with pages from the permit rare received by <br />the Colorado Cooperative Company. Statements in various paragraphs of the studlee <br />and permit addresses flora ate. from various atreame, Beep dram , apringe and ponds, <br />but none address the floc or purity of the Colorado Cooperative Ditch that Traverses <br />the permit area. (See the enclosed map.) <br />She Colorado Cooperative Ditch system was constructed and rater adjudieaied in <br />late 189 and early 19Qt1. lister from this system is used for Dotseetie, livestock, <br />end irrigation purposes. The livelihood of the people using this system depends on <br />pure rater and adequate floc. <br />Mining operations have progreeead since the original letter (12-12-86) to there <br />blasting end stripping operations are nor oeeuting 250 ft,t of the Loxer 9eeendad <br />Park irrigation ditch.
