You invoiced for a retainage amount of $35,314.23. Our records show [hat the current retainage

3. Six (6) days of liquidated damages $ 1,800.00

The reasons for the above exceptions have been outlined in John Nelson's letters of
August 26, 1994 and October 7, 1994.
I have authorized a retainage check in the amount of $6,705.67 which is currently being
processed through the State accounting system.
