Our records show [hat the current retainage <br />being held by the State is $32,900.67. One 6-foot Ponderosa Pine $ 200.00 <br />2. 3226 cubic yards of growth medium $24,195.00 <br />3. Six (6) days of liquidated damages $ 1,800.00 <br />TOTAL $26,195.00 <br />The reasons for the above exceptions have been outlined in John Nelson's letters of <br />August 26, 1994 and October 7, 1994. <br />I have authorized a retainage check in the amount of $6,705.67 which is currently being <br />processed through the State accounting system. <br />
