We have advanced money to you in the past to cover <br />mining expenses, health and life insurance, a garni:~h- <br />mer.t and redemption of your property from a sheriff's <br />Sale, <br />3. You are in default of the Deed of Trust executed <br />by you April 15, 1982 in favor of Lakewood Brick and <br />Tile Company, <br />4. You are in default on the Installment Note dated <br />April 15, 1982, in favor of Lakewood Brick and Tile, <br />wYlich causes the whole note to become due and payable <br />at once. <br />The intent of this letter is to advise you that Lakewood <br />Brick and Tile Compan}• will exercise it's rights and <br />options under the terms of agreement and aforementioned <br />
