1. The White Cloud dump has not been disturbed. There is not future plans to
disturb this dump. (Item 3: February I5, 1995)
1. ...the Wynona and Oscar dump and shaft area have been graded as part of the
mill construction. (Item 3: Apri128, 1995)
- The Oscar dump no longer exists. (Item 3: February 15, 1995)
1. The Left Hand Creek Pump location is on land leased by COM Inc. The
pump will remain in place to be used by the land owner after Gold Hill mill
reclamation. (Item 3: Apri128, 1995)
1. The process water line from the bore hole into the Time Mine to the mill was
evidently completed several years ago and any trench that was dug cannot be
detected. A short distance of pipe that is above ground will be cut off and the
end covered when the mill is reclaimed. The pump will be removed from the
borehole into the Time Mine and the top of the borehole permanently capped.
(Item 3: June 21, 1995)
1. It appears that most of the electrical equipment was new in 1984 or 1985
when the mill was built. New equipmem should not have been sold with any
PCB's. There might be older motors with capacitor starts that might be in the
building but should not be significant. Building insulation appears to be
batt-type fiberglass with a plastic backing. We do not foresee a lazge expense
to the Division related to hazardous waste. (Item 3: July 18, 1995)
t~.~..+~m. Golder Associates
