Hot asphalt can cause <br />thermal burns. Overexposure to the fumes of heated product <br />should be avoided. <br />Hydrogen sulfide is not present in the product when sold <br />but, f the asphalt is heated at high temperatures for en <br />extended period of time, hydrogen sulfide may exist in head <br />space of storage vessel. Hydrogen sulfide can be irritating <br />at low concentrations to the eyes, skin and respiratory <br />tract. At higher concentrations, Loss of ability to smell <br />hydrogen sulfide, respiratory paralysis, and death may <br />occur. <br />Carcinogenicity Information <br />None of the components present in this material at concentrations <br />equal to or greater than 0.1+b are listed by IARC, NTP, OSHA or ACGIH <br />as a carcinogen. <br />FIILST AID MEA$URFS <br />First Aid <br />INHALATION <br />If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If nClt breathing, give <br />artificial respiration.
