This shall not be construed to <br />require Harrison to perform reclamation work on a <br />monthly basis. <br />20. By May 1, 1992, Harrison shall provide proof of <br />liability insurance as required by Rule 2.03.9, and <br />shall maintain such insurance through Phase III bond <br />release. <br />21. By May 1, 1992, Harrison shall provide the Division <br />with proof of workman's compensation insurance covering <br />all persons performing work for Harrison at the bonded <br />area. <br />22. By June 30, 1992, Harrison shall complete the <br />following maintenance, all of which was outlined in the <br />December 10, 1991 inspection report: <br />a. Filling, regrading, or otherwise stabilizing <br />rills and gullies on side slopes. This work should <br />comply with Rules 4.14.6 & 4.106.4(2)(d) and involve <br />either increasing the density of the straw check dams <br />and seeding the intervening gullies or grading the <br />gullies closed and reseeding. It will not reinitiate <br />the period of extended bond liability under Rule <br />4.15.7(5). <br />b. Interseeding other areas that do not now <br />satisfy the revegetation requirements for Phase II bond <br />release. This work should comply with Rules 4.15.1 - <br />.4, .7, & .8. <br />c. Dredging the pond so that it is adequately <br />sized to contain the West Pit runoff from a 10-year, 24- <br />hour precipitation event in ght of the work to be <br />completed under paragraph ~ This dr~ging should <br />comply with Rule 4.05.6(3). 2 3 Cn~ ~~, <br />d. Re-establishing the second rock check dam up <br />from the pond. This work should comply with Rule <br />4.05.5(2)(f). <br />23. By June 30, 1992, Harrison shall excavate a <br />diversion trench from the unnamed creek as it approaches <br />the pond such that water is diverted from the creek to <br />the Magpie Diversion. The dimensions of the excavation <br />shall be as agreed by Harrison and the Division. In the <br />event that the parties are unable to reach agreement <br />concerning these dimensions, they will ask the Board to <br />resolve the dispute and, as part of such proceeding, <br />
