There are <br />several remaining overburden stockpiles that GEC and its predecessor Canon <br />Coal left within a reasonable distance which can be used satisfactorily. <br />Such use will improve the present overburden locations as well. <br />We also believe that placing a culvert for drainage may not be the best <br />ultimate solution for that problem. We do not know all of the alternatives, <br />but we would prefer to avoid culverts with their own limitations and <br />problems. <br />On another topic, we had requested a letter from the Division regarding your <br />position on the GEC east pit and the possibilities of permitting Energy Fuels <br />to fill the pit with wash plant reject.
