Dept of Natural Resources <br />As per your request I am forwarding one additional volume to <br />Snowmass Coal Company's Permit to mine coal. This Volume VI will <br />be used to bind all future material submitted by Snowmass Coal <br />Company. As you will note, there is a very simple table of contents <br />in the binder. If you feel a more detailed table of contents is <br />warranted, please let me know. <br />In addition to sending you this Volume VI, I have put additional <br />binders with the other two permit applications that Snowmass is keeping <br />for MLR.
