That ad- <br />dress, for your reference is as follows: <br />Colorado Yampa Coal Company <br />Post Office Box 772129 <br />Steamboat Springs, Colorado 80477 <br />The address of Colorada Yampa's crorporate offices, <br />located in Salt Lake City, Utah is as follows: <br />Colorado Yampa Coal Company <br />3007 South West Temple, Suite L <br />Salt Lake City, Utah 84115 <br />After February 15, 1982, the corporate offices will be reloca- <br />ted to the following address: <br />Colorado Yampa Coal Company <br />5250 South 300 West, Suite 200 <br />Salt Lake City, Utah 84107 <br />Prior to effectuating the change in its corporate <br />name, all of the issued end outstanding stock of Rnorgy Fuels <br />Corporation was acquired by Getty Coal Com~anv, formerly Getty <br />Mining Company, on June 10, 1981, thus making Enerav Fuels Cor- <br />poration, and now Colorado Yampa Coal Com an _ <br />ubsid' of Gett - new ich is, in turn, a wholly <br />owned subsidiary of Getty Oil Company. <br />We emphasize that the permits and exploration notices <br />referred to above remain the property of the same corporate en- <br />tity, which was once named Energy Fuels Corporation, and is now <br />Colorado Yampa Coal Company. The June 10 transaction involving <br />Getty Coal Company did not cause the transfer or assignment of <br />these permits or notices. Consequently, there has been no <br />transfer or assignment of permits 79-177 or 76-16 within the <br />meaning of State Rule 2.08.6, and the information requested by <br />Ms. Sandy Emrich in her letter of December 20, 1981 to Mr. <br />Damrau is not required in view of the explanation provided by <br />
