mining plan action would extend B seam mining into the 260 <br />• acres of Federal leases COC-57632 and COC-57633. The C seam <br />above the proposed B seam workings has been mined out. <br />The total permit area approved by Colorado DMG in Colorado <br />Permit No. C-81-033 is about 1889 acres. The proposed <br />B seam mining area is entirely within the existing Bear Mine <br />permit area. Mining would continue for about 7 years under <br />Colorado Permit No. C-81-033 and the approved mining plan. <br />C.
