LOng <br />Dimvon Director <br />Ms. Erica Crosby, of the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, recently wrote to you <br />concerning your outstanding reclamation obligation associated with drill hole NC-7 of the <br />coal exploration permit CX-153-08. The Division would like to ensure that reclamation of <br />the access road at this site occurs during the 1992 field season. Rule 4.21.4(3)(d)(i) of <br />the Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Coal Mining speaks to <br />the timing of reclamation: <br />"Promptly after exploration activities are completed, existing roads used during <br />exploration shall be reclaimed either: <br />(i) To la) condition equal to or better than their pre-exploration condition; or <br />(ii) To the condition required for roads under Rule 4.03, as appropriate. <br />In acknowledgement of the cooperation which you have expressed in our mutual <br />investigation into this matter, we would like to allow you some time to complete this <br />work.
